Final Drawing: Facial Anatomy

This drawing took roughly 45mins and was drawn using pencil.

The shadows casting underneath the chin really show the depth of the image, the way the hair flows across the head works well with the rest of the image. My view is drawn to the eyes of the image straight away glancing across the page to the flowing hair and down to the heart shaped necklace, the image has great composition the only thing which would improve the image is the proportions of the face.

The lips are too big for the face, and the nose seams slightly to wide but the image still works because of the use of shading where needed and highlights where the light is reflected.
